Final independent reviews belong to the supervisor; this run's successful readiness state is READY_FOR_REVIEW, not merge permission.

What was found and done (the chain)

1. Main is a2c8a1d510ec569e36fa6278f9544086234dfae5. Owned PR remains OPEN draft at634356c7376bd912e06b47670a1844002b234478; Gradle SUCCESS, Actions and both kotlin.build checks FAILURE on that historical head. Related smaller PR remains open and is untouched. 4. Run6 fresh clone recovered only final-review-candidate.patch, onto current main, and immediately pushed authorized WIP checkpointf8976ec89a918442818726c4c237b90f3fb80350. Source reconciliation confirms all267 inherited main test/support paths byte-unchanged;691 added test/support paths retained. Larger/smaller source difference is current main discovery behavior, not justification to discard broader ownership/cancellation/changing-input coverage. No satellite is wholly on main and no closure is recommended.

5. Package phase-only diagnostic FIRST attempt FAILED0/1,26043ms against verified immutable published0.0.44 bytes. 6. Mechanism: the package fixture measures unrelated cold replacement-owner Kotlin compilation/publication inside its cancellation window. Cancellation had already released the producer and transferred ownership around5seconds. This is the supervisor-authorized cold recovery class, not evidence of broken cancellation release, and no host-capacity cause is claimed. Public prepublication now compiles the exact script for each selected artifact during fixture build, records opaque cache bytes/runtime identity, and restores it under a lease. Measurement creates a fresh in-memory cache, invokes the original resolver sequence and all3genuine followers, and retains exact published/candidate trace and generated-bytecode assertions.

7. Initial repaired invocation on c1e05f5 FAILED during setup, test time0ms: Missing packaged build script fixture: same.txt. The new preparation JVM lacked sourceRoot on its classpath; the final fixture JAR normally includes it. This is caused by our setup change, not a cancellation result. The negative fault omits only failed package producer retirement/completion; it is evidence-only and must never ship.

8. Historical CI does not certify the candidate.
