AiCliSupervisorManagerWui conversation page rework: PR 65 cannot get through the merge queue

Original request

The operator asked for a rework of the conversation transcript page at https://aiclisupervisor.wasmserver.com/conversation:

• an info card showing the supervisor, the session id, when the conversation started and was last updated, and related PRs and handoffs (linked to https://www.handoff.wasmserver.com/);
• an animated switch between the Conversation view and a Raw view;
• a buildtest-style activity timeline.

The operator approved merging.

  • The PR was rebased onto main after PR 66 merged.
• The merge queue has evicted PR 65 twice with checks_timed_out (at about 07:08 and 08:12). Both times the queue's kotlin.build run never got a buildtest executor within the 60-minute check limit:
  • first attempt (52d1168): never submitted by ci.kotlin.build;
  • second attempt: run 37b5ee5c, still PENDING.
• Attempts 3 (enqueued 08:18) and 4 (automatic re-enqueue) were also evicted with checks_timed_out. As of 10:29 UTC, PR 65 is OUT of the merge queue and no watcher is running.
• buildtest backlog at 08:20: 53 runs pending, 28 active, 17 completed in the last hour. A queue run therefore waits much longer than 60 minutes.

Blocked on

An operator decision: raise this repository's merge-queue check timeout (a timeout increase, which needs explicit approval), or wait for the buildtest backlog to drain and then re-enqueue.

Next steps once unblocked

1. If the timeout is raised: re-enqueue with build-watchman 0.0.21 --to-merged. GitHub enqueuePullRequest is used; gh pr merge --auto is rejected in this repo.
2. If waiting: re-enqueue once buildtest has fewer than about 15 pending runs.
3. After merge: no deploy unless asked.
