Current continuation: fix announcement admission and verify the draft PR
Snapshot: 2026-10-20 19:41 UTC. RE-VERIFY every PR/head/test result below. This continuation supersedes historical ready-transition instructions: p67.md requires keeping https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 in draft and leaving this handoff open. No merging, enqueueing, marking ready, publication, deployment or production access is allowed. Retention policy remains 1000 identities. The wall-clock deadline for this continuation is 22:27 UTC.
Current request: reproduce/fix the PR-added queued-root test's failed first attempt; address shared-capacity scoring, legal oversized announcements and withdrawals lost on overload; prove each with failing-first public real-host tests and mutation controls; run exact-head full suite with native first-attempt counts, push and update description.
Latest observations: review branch independently advanced from bb3cd807 to 9461a2ae599497144c77b8490ea4cf6cab5efaf5 (eight review tests and a Ping registration handshake). Fresh checkout adopted that without overwriting concurrent work. Product files were unchanged in those two commits. A separate flaky-test worker forced the second server registration gate and reproduced the original immediate count failure on all three native attempts; verification continues.
Three new admission reproductions all fail on all three native attempts (9/9): local byte pressure records one severe interaction; oversized legal frame never reaches its callback; both withdrawal types disappear behind 64 pending announcements. Failing sources are durably pushed:

Implementation under validation: distinguish refusal causes and report local capacity through a typed coalesced warning without scoring; clamp legal oversized work to exclusive use of the separate retained allowance; keep withdrawals in the same ordered lane with their existing process-bounded parser charge, preserving removals through pressure. Reliable withdrawal saturation eventually backpressures parsing; tests must verify normal small withdrawals leave RPC progress and host stop returns every charge. Independent design review flagged these liveness/ownership boundaries and obsolete severe-expectation fixtures; addressed before full-suite reliance. No product milestone is yet claimed passing.
Historical state follows for preserved evidence and earlier design decisions. Current reports override old snapshots, never the reverse.
Handoff: Reproduce and fix the queued sibling-root test's first-attempt failure, then mark the UrlProtocol PR ready
Written 2026-10-20 19:24 UTC.
RE-VERIFY: The current PR is https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 . At this snapshot it is OPEN/DRAFT, unmerged, CLEAN, head bb3cd8071c9476233549f11a48609c245b42aa18, with required bld-build and bld-all-tests SUCCESS. Check gh pr view <full URL> --json state,isDraft, headRefOid,mergeStateStatus, statusCheckRollup, mergedAt and branch remote SHAs. The newer snapshot here supersedes every earlier pending/ready claim in the historical material below.
Current acceptance and scope
Original request: “We need to investigate why https://my.externalbrain.wasmserver.com/ is failing to load and fix the underlying problem.” Current task p62 asks to put corrected 8df onto the existing PR, rebase if main moved, get required checks green, update description and mark ready. No merging, enqueueing or deploying. Never loosen a test or raise a timeout. The current attempt has a 130-minute wall-clock limit ending 19:27 UTC. An optional extension question has been asked; no answer has arrived at write time, so the limit remains in force.
Current finding and evidence
The initial corrected 8df suite passed 2645/2645 on attempt 1. Main advanced to481ec3; all 25 corrected patches rebase unchanged onto it, yielding bb3cd807. The final required Actions run https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/actions/runs/39473627732 is green, but the native artifact reports 2652 final passes, 2651 first-attempt passes and one retry history. All 54 PR-added tests are present; 53 are first-attempt clean.
The PR-added testReview725QueuedWorkKeepsItsDeliveringRootAcrossLiveReplacement failed on attempt 1 (3707ms), then passed attempt 2 (2797ms). Full assertion: java.lang.AssertionError: Expected <2>, actual <1>. Stack points to generated/source line74. The test calls the second client's network.connect(...).get(...) at lines71–72 and immediately asserts two server-side registered connections at line74, before sending any child frame. This is OBSERVED source ordering. A client-connect/server-registration setup race is an INFERENCE; no consistent local reproducer or fix has been executed in this attempt. Do not credit the runner retry as first-attempt success and do not requeue CI unchanged.
The final PR description has been updated with the original request, implementation, capacity evidence, exact counts and unresolved retry; the ready transition is intentionally not made. No source or test was edited to address this late finding. Read the analogous public registration-gate proofs already in the PR (testReview725cSiblingRootFixtureWaitsForServerRegistration, testReview725PendingBoundIsSharedAcrossAuthenticatedRoots) before designing the deterministic control. Force the actual public connection-registration ordering; do not change assertions, counts, timeouts or add sleeps.

No artifact publication, production deployment, merge or queue action occurred. All watch processes have exited; no local test/build was started. The local clone will be deleted after the last evidence push and remote SHA verification. Findings remain in the requested r62 output file as well as the evidence branch. A gh 2.23 gh pr edit call failed on deprecated GraphQL projectCards; the REST PATCH with a JSON body file updated the PR successfully. No challenge CLI was used because it auto-merges and this task prohibits merging.
Next steps
- Reverify the PR, head and native artifact. Claim this handoff.
- Read current README/AGENTS, Testing Architecture and fix-flakey-test skill. Build a deterministic public-API control of the server-registration ordering. Show the old fixture fails reliably, then fix its setup without weakening its assertion and show the controlled test passes. If evidence instead finds a product defect, fix that owning code with failing-first coverage.
- Rebase current main before building, run targeted tests and appropriate full suite, obtain final required first-attempt-clean CI, update exact counts/description and mark the existing PR ready.
- Complete this handoff only after readiness is actually verified. No merge, queue, publication or deploy.
Historical snapshots and preserved prior knowledge
Handoff: Finish full-suite and CI verification, then mark the UrlProtocol announcement PR ready
Updated 2026-10-20 at 17:15 UTC. This session is stopping at the supplied time limit; the task is incomplete.
RE-VERIFY: This is a write-time snapshot. Check https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 with gh pr view <full-URL> --json state,isDraft, headRefOid,mergeStateStatus, statusCheckRollup, mergedAt, and check every branch with git ls-remote. A fresh query wins. The corrected full run is terminal: task-budget interruption, no completed aggregate. No owned full run remains active.
Design decisions in force
2026-10-20 r62 continuation (p62.md) supersedes prior session timing and local-full-before-push sequencing: “Fresh clone into jobs/r62. Confirm 8df0953 contains the PR's intended changes and is based on current main (rebase if main moved, resolving conflicts and keeping everything). Update the PR branch wip/closewait3-work to it with --force-with-lease.” Then wait for “bld-build and bld-all-tests” with a “hard deadline 120 minutes from launch.” “Rules: no merging, enqueueing or deploying. Stop every process you started.” Current session wall-clock limit is130 minutes, ending about19:27UTC. Mark ready only after both named required checks are green.
The 2026-10-20 task says: "No merging, enqueueing, publishing or deploying." Stop at a ready-for-review PR.
It also says: "Tests through public APIs only: no reflection, no mocks. Never raise a timeout, cut iterations, or add sleeps or retries as a fix. Every wait has a hard deadline. Stop every process you started; delete clones and caches at the end."
Acceptance: "new and adapted tests fail first where it applies, then pass on the first attempt (attempt counts from the runner's record). Run the full suite once from the exact pushed head, as the repo documents (this is a shared contract), and record the counts. The repo's required checks must be green on the final head (poll at most once a minute, with a hard deadline). If a failure also happens on main, show it on main before calling it unrelated. Stop at a ready-for-review PR."
"Do NOT add a second intake system." Preserve every original capacity-test assertion and bound. The stopped implementation on the competing branch must not be imported. Fresh checkouts go in the next job's workspace/; read README and AGENTS if present.
The PR description must begin with why, quote the original request below, note the continuation, and end with 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code). New commit messages end with Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>.
The r55 task has a 120-minute limit ending 17:20 UTC. An asynchronous question offered extending this attempt to 19:00 UTC; no answer had arrived at write time. Keep the original limit unless the user changes it. This is a session constraint, not approval to weaken verification.
Mission and provenance
The original user requested: "We need to investigate why https://my.externalbrain.wasmserver.com/ is failing to load and fix the underlying problem." That outage was fixed before this task. Follow-up verification found 35–38 second cold requests ending in 503 responses on ContainerNursery-hosted sites. Prior thread dumps found network workers waiting in announcement-driven PeerRegistry publication/ranking; the user approved fixing that owning layer.
This task specifically finishes https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725, moves one-way callbacks off network workers, imports the corrected capacity fixture, closes https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/735, and stops at ready for review. It does not authorize a production rollout or a general ranking rewrite. Historical production versions in the prior investigation are not asserted as current.
What was found and done
- The fresh remote review branch had advanced well beyond the saved brief. Its head was
4d3cef0e174fcec63085a9f200142a427ad222d2. Preserve those later capacity/root fixes; do not import the superseded unpushed r51 candidate 224cdaf. Its dedicated host executor has 16 workers, separate from RPC's 64 slots, with per-peer ordering and bounded retained work. The single-announcement ranking path runs on that executor. No second intake was added and no bound on the general inner ranking algorithm is claimed.
- The corrected capacity fixture is identical to the test-only source at https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/commit/2d89446886920f8f0e63ab8c734d2c593743ec58 except three hunks: completion latch, public GossipHandler wrapper/countdown, and completion wait before membership checks. Every original assertion and time bound is unchanged. The fixture SHA-256 is
dfe7ebda17a72dd3f013a71a04f2545e671c5b5896e09f7b9f94cc169b7b0711.
- Current main
7b837af3f466c65314ffba642cf1011653d39671 fails the original RPC-progress assertion in three separate commands, all nine native attempts. Build rules succeed. Source equality and fixture hashes were checked before every command. Historical controls against the earlier main are labeled historical, not credited as current-main results.
- The review head had three new first-insertion tests failing locally and in CI. A sender check ran before caller-controlled peer getters/clock reads. Close/removal could finish while no lifetime existed, then the compute published membership, services and persistence. A pending first-add token now lets removal cancel that admitted insertion; caller reads finish before its short commit, and the delivering root is checked again before installation.
- The first correction's snapshot-only observation cleanup could discard a record already acquired by an independent observer whose update had not yet completed. A deterministic borrower test failed all three native attempts. Provisional records now carry a marker; another caller claims it before receiving the record. Abort removes only an exact still-unclaimed record. Record mutation does not move under the score lock. The public borrower test and an explicit-removal/newer-evidence test pass. The latter keeps the root open, preserves unrelated membership/evidence, and verifies a real sibling RPC.
- Two older clock fixtures could finish without forcing the intended race. A new public test unconditionally holds the first clock read after capturing contact time, closes/removes the sender, installs a same-ID replacement, advances manual time, then releases. Removing only the existing interaction root guard fails all three attempts at the replacement snapshot assertion. The corrected product passes first attempt. The expected-red source/test is preserved separately; never merge that control branch.
- Main advanced once, adding the independent TcpServer stop fix. Rebase was clean. A complete local suite from the preceding product head
90796ca2b024bf1367f1093b8bdd8a1d7c920700 finished 2,640/2,645, all 2,640 passes on first attempts. All 54 PR-added tests passed first attempt. Four unchanged existing tests failed all three attempts waiting for their public getter gates; one legacy test could not prepare because kotlin.directory refused the exact 0.0.402 POM connection. Do not call that suite green.
- The four regression fixtures arm on
advertisedServices, then hold the next peerId read after shared admission but before the peer stripe. Our early identity cache removed that read. The seven-line correction in 8df095387fb3b6671ee30c86e95366964d775668 captures identity again at that admission boundary, caches it throughout the mutation/commit, and uses immutable lifetime.peerId for later persistence. No existing test was edited or relaxed. Twelve selected tests passed first attempts; then 59/59 passed first attempts: all 54 PR-added tests, four unchanged regressions, and the legacy dependency case after the endpoint recovered. Separate code and test reviews found no concrete remaining issue in this correction.
- Capacity passes in three separate commands on exact corrected head 8df095387: the 12-test selection, the 59-test selection, and a standalone command. Every pass is first attempt with zero retry history. A fresh full suite from that corrected head started at 16:55 UTC and ended at its task-budget deadline without a complete aggregate. Its task-budget timeout is 1,100 seconds, ending about 17:14 UTC, so cleanup can finish before 17:20. Existing per-test timeouts/iterations were not changed. A budget interruption is incomplete verification, not a product failure or a full pass.
- The review branch has deliberately not been updated while its corrected-head full gate remains incomplete. It is still OPEN/DRAFT at the old head. Final-head CI has not started. The description draft is prepared but not published and explicitly identifies the remaining gates. No PR was merged or enqueued; no artifact was published and no deployment was performed.

There is no deployed or published but unmerged code introduced by this session. The action log contains only local builds/tests, Git branch checkpoints and read-only host/service queries. The observed 16:12 ContainerNursery restart was by another actor; do not attribute it to this work or deploy over it without separate authorization.
Evidence to read
Use the evidence branch above. Key files under evidence/:
p55-task.md, r51-findings.md, prior-r28-findings.md, prior-r43-findings.md, prior-r43-mechanism-source-excerpts.md contain scope and provenance without requiring the disposable local filesystem.
final-59-fixed.xml, .audit.json, .pr-audit.json; admission-boundary-fixed.xml; corrected-capacity-third.xml; and current-main-capacity-{1,2,3}.xml contain the final focused/native comparison.
full-final-suite.xml, .audit.json, .pr-audit.json, .console, and full-suite-failures.log preserve the complete preceding 907 result. Its five failures were not hidden. The earlier invalid borrower fixture is explicitly excluded from behavioral red evidence.
current-ownership-red.xml, borrowed-observation-red.xml, explicit-removal-red.xml, captured-timestamp-red.xml preserve reliable fail-first proofs. Native XML attempt-history elements are root siblings matched by name+file, not nested under each test. audit-native.py and audit-pr-tests.py implement that audit.
corrected-source-manifest.json, control-checkpoint-manifest.json, capacity-completion-only.diff, and the source/hash manifests establish exact provenance. The control footer rewrite kept its tree unchanged.
current-review.md contains independent coverage and production passes plus root's executed-result adjudication. Some older chronological reviewer limits predate the later executed results; use the dated final adjudication.
Copied human-readable thread/SSH notes had trailing whitespace normalized. Native XML, test source and recorded test hashes remain byte-exact. Repeated multi-megabyte per-command dependency-warning consoles, caches, jars and local SSH trust files are deliberately omitted; full native stacks and the completed full console are retained. No credentials were pushed.
CI and service observations
The actual GitHub required checks are bld-all-tests and bld-build. The current Testing Architecture additionally treats kotlin.build (remote) as unconditionally required. Wait for all three on the final head; do not credit old-head green checks.
The old canonical run 356885bc is durably PENDING, no droplet, 0/2,635 tests. Its last admission log is 14:55 UTC, with observed fleet 94, reservations 196, queue depth 105, position 28 and an invalid fleet observation. The frontend reports outOfDate=true and refreshFailing=true, so its empty test response cannot establish executor death. Host process reads show the build service and ContainerNursery restarted around 16:12 UTC. Why the old run has not resumed/admitted is not explained. No host-capacity root cause, wedge or unrelated-failure conclusion is claimed, and no deletion/re-request/restart was attempted.
HardwareControlFabric certificates were absent in this environment and there were no fabric MCP tools. A bounded, last-resort read-only ssh -n -p 23 root@198.199.106.165 obtained stat, log tails, jps and whitelisted run fields. Preserve the resulting remote-*163*.txt/json evidence. Prefer fabric in a new environment if its credentials are available. Confirm fresh host progress before any CI remediation; never infer a dead executor from a frontend timeout.
The Maven refusal is preserved with full stack and exact URL. A later main dependency control passed after the endpoint returned HTTPS 200, so no main failure was claimed. The legacy test also passes on corrected 8df. The full runner emitted one memory-record warning after child stdout followed its expected final record; the complete trace is retained, and no test result was inferred from it. Challenge CLI auto-merges/queues, which this task prohibits, so challenges were retained as evidence rather than sent through that workflow.
Next steps
- Re-verify live PRs, branches, any active claim/full run and main. Read the task, current README/AGENTS and linked Testing/Philosophy documents. Start from the corrected product branch, not the stale review branch. Do not import the stopped competing implementation or superseded r51 local work.
- Obtain a complete full suite from the exact corrected head. The canonical local command is
scripts/test.bash --local --test . --log <XML> --result-file <JSON>. Rebase first. If the current task-budget run is incomplete, do not call it a pass; run the full suite in the resumed task with a bounded deadline. Audit all native attempts and all 54 PR-added files, record counts and complete stacks. Reproduce any real failure locally; no CI debugging, retries-as-fixes or relaxed tests.
- After local verification, fetch/rebase latest main, verify the PR is still OPEN and its head has not moved, then push the corrected source to
wip/closewait3-work with an exact lease if necessary. Preserve others' new commits if the head changed. A no-op rebase preserves the tested head; a changed head needs appropriate exact-head verification.
- Update the prepared PR description with actual final full/CI counts and the original quoted request. It is at
evidence/PR725-ready-draft.md; it currently says pending. Watch final checks with the watch-build skill, e.g. bounded coursier launch buildwatchman:build-watchman:0.0.21 -r https://kotlin.directory -- --repo CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol --pr 725 --check 'kotlin.build (remote)' --idle-timeout-minutes 30. Never use merge/queue modes. Respect at-most-once-per-minute GitHub status polling and inspect native CI attempt artifacts before claiming first-attempt passes.
- Mark ready only after the full verification bar is met, confirm the competing PR remains closed with its branch preserved, clean owned test/watch processes/clones/caches, update/complete this handoff, and stop. Do not merge, enqueue, publish or deploy.
Terminal session snapshot
2026-10-20 17:15 UTC — FINAL SESSION REPORT, stopped at the supplied time limit; task incomplete. Operational handoff remains open and will be released for another session. The request was to finish https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 as ready for review with corrected capacity evidence, full exact-head testing and green required CI, without merging, queueing, publishing or deploying.
Fresh checks: the requested PR is OPEN/DRAFT, unmerged, merge state BLOCKED, head 4d3cef0e174fcec63085a9f200142a427ad222d2. Its old bld-all-tests failed, bld-build passed, and kotlin.build (remote) remains in progress. https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/735 is CLOSED/unmerged and its branch is preserved. No final-head CI was started.
The fix moves one-way callbacks to a bounded host executor so network workers can progress. Pending insertion tokens prevent removal from being followed by publication of that canceled first insertion. Observation markers preserve records acquired by independent callers, and identity is captured at the existing shared-admission boundary.
Corrected product 8df095387fb3b6671ee30c86e95366964d775668 is remotely preserved and passes 59/59 selected tests on first attempts, including all 54 PR-added tests and four unchanged regressions. Three separate corrected-head capacity commands pass first attempts; three current-main commands fail all nine intended attempts. The corrected full run ended at its 1100-second task-budget deadline: wrapper exit 124; native JSON status INTERRUPTED, exit 143, testsRun=0, testsPassed=0, testsFailed=0. No XML or completed aggregate was written. These zero counts are incomplete reporting, not evidence that no child work ran, and not a pass or a product failure. The preceding complete 907 run remains 2640/2645, with all five failures and full stacks preserved; four were fixed without changing their tests, and the dependency case passed after repository recovery.
Delegated work at a glance: all invocations are completed. The first worker completed independent code/test review, a captured-time public fixture, readable-note edits and review of the seven-line correction. The second completed the explicit-removal fixture, current-main controls, dependency control and expected-red checkpoint. No delegated process remains active.
Remaining gates: a complete corrected-head full suite, review-branch update after verification, final required CI, actual PR-description update and ready-for-review transition. No decision is needed to continue in a new authorized session. The optional extension question received no answer, so this session keeps the original limit. No active goal or scheduled status loop exists.
Landing parallelization sweep: evidence and handoff packaging ran beside local validation; pushing the review branch depended on its full-suite gate. Owner direction captured: none new. Next steps are to resume from the corrected product branch, complete exact-head full validation, push/update the requested PR, verify all required final-head checks and mark it ready.
Handoff: https://www.handoff.wasmserver.com/handoffs/hf-2026-10-20-finish-full-suite-and-ci-verification-then-mark-the-urlprotocol-announcement-pr-ready . It will be updated with terminal records and released, not completed. No merge, queue, artifact publication or deployment occurred.
Lessons: verify native attempts; preserve public callback boundaries when caching caller data; distinguish incomplete runner results and stale frontend views from test or executor failures.
Cleanup is being performed after the evidence push; the final service update will record its verified result.
Cleanup checkpoint: the source, red-control and documentation clones and both job-specific build caches were deleted after remote SHA checks. The red checkout’s only untracked fixture was byte-identical to the tracked corrected product. All stashes were empty. No owned test/watch process remains. The evidence clone will be removed after its final push, and the service copy will be updated after verification.
2026-10-20T17:15:58.151259+00:00 OBSERVED: All four owned checkouts and both job-specific build caches are deleted. All test/watch process groups have exited; no owned test process remains. Evidence branch b74d025c726421bbd523b44a3c3e76102ac7fd96 was pushed and checked before deleting its checkout. Findings/evidence outside clones remain. No unique local source was discarded.

RUNNING — 2026-10-20 17:20 UTC
Original request: “We need to investigate why https://my.externalbrain.wasmserver.com/ is failing to load and fix the underlying problem.” This continuation puts corrected code onto https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 and gets bld-build and bld-all-tests green, then marks it ready for review.
The fix gives one-way announcement callbacks dedicated bounded workers so network workers can continue. Removal cancels a pending first insertion, and provisional observation ownership preserves evidence acquired by independent callers. Identity capture remains at the shared admission boundary so existing caller behavior is preserved.
Progress: fresh clone, README/context inspection, handoff claim, no-op rebase on current main 7b837af, patch comparison, and exact-lease update completed. Remote branch is verified at corrected 8df095387fb3b6671ee30c86e95366964d775668. The old 4d3cef0 head is superseded by rebased equivalent patches, not an ancestor. No source or test was changed in this session. Required full-suite CI is now being watched, hard stop 19:19 UTC. Prior corrected focused evidence is 59/59 first-attempt passes; a prior corrected full local run was interrupted and is not a pass.
Pending PR: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/pull/725 — OPEN/DRAFT, unmerged; updated head verified by git ls-remote. Required checks pending per build-watchman. Merged PRs this session: none.
Delegated work at a glance: no subagents invoked. One tracked build-watchman process is active for this PR. It reported an older non-required app suite with no dispatched runs; no remote mutation or automatic re-request has been performed. Required GitHub Actions checks are pending.
Blockers: none requiring user input. Plan remains confirm required CI, inspect and compare any failures against main, update description, mark ready, clean up and complete the handoff. Landing parallelization sweep: both required CI gates launched together; no independent gate is parked. Owner direction captured: task p62.md explicitly requires “no merging, enqueueing or deploying” and both named required checks, superseding the prior session's local-full-before-push sequencing for this continuation; recorded in r62-findings and handoff continuation.
Next steps: finish required exact-head CI verification, publish an accurate description and mark the PR ready, then complete the handoff without merging or deploying.
Lessons: Compare rebased patches before replacing a review branch; ancestry alone does not show whether work was preserved. Keep interrupted runs distinct from completed test evidence. Monitor required checks with a tracked, bounded watcher so informational checks do not silently hold the task open.

Required checks on exact8df095387 both passed. Native full-suite artifact from https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlProtocol/actions/runs/39465073372 contains2,645/2,645 first-attempt passes, zero retry histories,15 successful build rules and all54 PR-added tests. Main then advanced to481ec3ba1a8f84a03260923c80a07ebc757b97ca, adding completed-gossip-failure scoring and7 tests. Clean rebase preserves all 25 patches exactly (range-diff equals for all). Current corrected review branch isbb3cd8071c9476233549f11a48609c245b42aa18, remotely verified; capacity test hash unchanged. Final required CI is now pending onbb3; prior 8df green is historical, not final-head success.
A local sequencing error briefly pushed main to the review branch after an identity-related rebase failure; GitHub closed the PR automatically, unmerged. The full product was preserved remotely. The rebase was restarted after configuring repository-local committer identity, checked patch-by-patch, pushed with an exact lease, and the same PR reopened. No merge, queue, publication or deployment happened.
Current watch: tracked session19405, timeout bounded to about19:19:20UTC, within the original120-minute CI deadline. Ready transition remains pending final-head required checks. PR description draft is prepared but will be revised to distinguish historical8df proof from the final rebased-head counts.

The latest watch is tracked session95147, one-minute cadence, bounded to19:19:15UTC. Prior watch session19405 was intentionally stopped (exit130) only to change cadence and avoid overlapping status polls; it did not change any CI job. No process was left running from either earlier watcher.
2026-10-20 19:26 UTC terminal cleanup: evidence remote head 0cb8084c6764a0572d3b5a07a26cfc55eeb3b0a9 and review remote head bb3cd8071c9476233549f11a48609c245b42aa18 verified. Worktree/stashes/local-only commits empty. Fresh clone deleted after checks. All owned watchers exited; no local build/test, subagent, cron or goal remains. PR description verified via REST, correct footer and counts, OPEN/DRAFT/unmerged. Extension unanswered; original limit stands. Required checks and description done; ready transition incomplete due unresolved PR-added failed first attempt. Handoff remains open, not completed. No merge, queue, publication or deploy.
