Complete the FLKD suite and open the fixture PR

Mission and current rules
Complete the interrupted-upload watchdog fixture correction in kotlin-build-ci. No merge, queue entry, production deployment or restart, or Maven publication. Current FLKE rules replace the earlier local-suite instruction: use one remote complete suite from the exact source head; observe PR CI with build-watchman 0.0.21 plain --pr --interval-seconds 300. If main already covers the case, prove it on main and create no PR.
Established fixture result
Current main bdbea8c51ca478da123a4d5f63a755d1852084d5 contains https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/kotlin-build-ci/pull/335 but still lacks this target's periodic-worker option and worker-finished observer. The inherited fix 720df8ffde1630767ad713069494c6cc9ea5bca5 is one commit ahead. No duplicate constructor argument is added.
The periodic watchdog can observe an intermediate ManualClock time while the fixture expects the final 58-minute time. CI attempt 1 recorded 10 minutes where the fixture expected 58; its second attempt passed. FLKD demonstrated deterministic red 3/3 independent runs, all nine automatic attempts, then corrected green 10/10 on attempt 1 and reversal red on all three attempts. FLKE's exact-head target additionally passed 1/1 on attempt 1. The fix disables periodic workers for this explicit-sweep scenario and waits for lifecycle worker completion before teardown. All original assertions, expected error text, dependency versions and existing wait values remain. Two correctness/coverage review passes are recorded in findings.

Complete-suite state
Exactly one remote suite was submitted with scripts/test.bash --remote --test . --log ../complete-suite.xml from source head 720df8ffde1630767ad713069494c6cc9ea5bca5. Run ID b2dbfc3e. The first client reached its built-in 30-minute wait and exited 2 with lastStatus=BUILDING; that path leaves the run active. A same-run attach read also returned pending. No second suite or local fallback was started.
Read-only HardwareControlFabric host records confirm BUILDING, testsTotal=1615, testsPassed=0, testsFailed=0 at 13:07 UTC. The canonical snapshot has 1615 PENDING rows, including the target. The build log advanced to 154109500 bytes at 12:57:41 UTC. No completed-suite count or passing XML is claimed. Runtime managerVersion=0.0.205 and runnerVersion=0.0.124.
The WUI catalog response was marked out of date and could not locate this run. Its catalog observer was stopped; host snapshots supply progress. Handoff report uploads encountered URL resolution issues at 12:23 and 12:45, then the 13:06 report succeeded. Findings remain independently recoverable on GitHub.
Result export
The pinned CLI .122 uses manager .206. Its --attach cannot combine with --test, and its --log captures the build log. The first attach output was therefore renamed locally to complete-suite-build.log; it is not XML. The pinned built-in remote reader omits explicit attempt histories.
The compiled public-API helper ExportSuiteRun.java reads getBuildRun, pages getTestResultsPaginated and getTestAttemptResultsPaginated separately, validates identities and explicit attempts, then uses the public five-argument QuickTestUtilsKt.writeResults overload. It does not submit a build and does not infer attempt 1 from missing history. Its source is on the FLKE evidence branch. Two small direct read probes encountered connection setup errors; endpoint availability remains to be checked when collecting terminal results.
Host fallback files are /root/buildtest-data/runs/b2dbfc3e/test-results.json (one canonical JSONArray) and test-events.jsonl (one event stream used to reconstruct attempts). These paths are verified from fresh BuildTestEmbedded source and README. Stat file sizes before reading large files.
HardwareControlFabric works with the documented alternate certificate names ~/.config/hardware-control-fabric/client_cert.pem, fabric_key.pkcs8 and server_cert.pem. The supplied fabric-client-cert.pem aliases are absent. Use the 0.2.6 CLI and read-only operations. No host file or production process was changed; short stat commands completed.

Local source alias wip/laneFLKE-fix has no unique code beyond the remote FLKD fix. Source remains unchanged during the suite. No code was deployed or published, and no unmerged deployed artifacts were created.
Remaining work
Wait for the existing suite to reach a terminal state, read exact counts and explicit attempt records, save XML evidence, fetch and rebase source on latest main, run the final target, push the same tested head, open the why-first PR quoting suite counts and saved red/green proof, observe required CI at five-minute intervals, update this handoff with the PR link, and stop every remaining observer before the final report. Do not repeat the completed FLKD diagnosis or ten-run target proof.
