The hardware-fabric-processes skill requires mTLS files under ~/.config/hardware-control-fabric/ and documents fabric-client-cert.pem, fabric-client-key.pem, and fabric-server-cert.pem, but this Codex environment has no ~/.config/hardware-control-fabric directory and no matching Fabric certificates anywhere under /home/helena. The prescribed CLI therefore failed immediately with IllegalArgumentException: Certificate file not found: /home/helena/.config/hardware-control-fabric/fabric-client-cert.pem. Impact: the mandatory preferred management path for diagnosing production buildtest had to be abandoned, forcing the SSH last-resort path.
