While updating https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlResolver/pull/770, gh pr edit 770 --repo CodexCoder21Organization/UrlResolver --body ... exited without applying the body and emitted GraphQL: Projects (classic) is being deprecated in favor of the new Projects experience ... (repository.pullRequest.projectCards). Impact: the standard GitHub CLI pull-request edit path silently left the requested PR body unchanged, which could cause evidence updates to be falsely reported as complete. Verification: a follow-up gh pr view ... --jq '.body | contains(...)' returned false. Workaround: fetched and patched the PR body through the REST endpoint with gh api repos/CodexCoder21Organization/UrlResolver/pulls/770 --method PATCH -f body=..., then verified the update. Suggested durable fix: update/upgrade the installed gh CLI or its pr edit GraphQL query so it no longer selects the deprecated projectCards field, and make mutation failures clearly nonzero.
