Mission and original request
Finish complete reset membership certification and regression verification in https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestEmbedded/pull/1127. The original request corrects the three public-API failures at https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestEmbedded/pull/1127#issuecomment-5882849007. A consumer absent beyond tombstone retention needs a complete list of current run IDs, including archived members, before deleting IDs absent from that list. Run 10 addressed the independent review findings and uncovered one additional inherited fixture contract conflict requiring a ruling.
Run 11 current checkpoint
The supervisor approved the exact interrupted-reader ordering patch from run10. It is applied and pushed on the comparison branch; do not ask for that approval again. The separate publication-wait test was not named in the ruling.

Fixed first-attempt command acquired its slot at01:31 UTC, PID1510539; its result remains pending at this checkpoint.
- All34 existing commits plus the approved patch were rebased onto mainc91873dd, then onto current main09770c9c1e1052fef76c80bedb506fa087c450c8. The latest diagnostic candidate is9a64cd9a1e142e2ea017fcc60ecb13c34c399bc2. Its complete reconstructable series is rebased-series-main09770.patch on the evidence branch (git am onto09770c9); the earlier c918 series is retained separately. Neither unverified integration candidate replaces the canonical PR head.

Membership recovery still scans captured rows for journal-only legacy TEST_STATUS_UPSERT records and re-reads staged rows for membership sets. The content-preserving rebase keeps legacy semantics and main's selective supplementation, but those discovery reads need a compatibility correction proven by main's unchanged testProjectionBaselineSupplementationReadsOnlyForgottenSources. This is a source-backed hypothesis awaiting the first-attempt experiment. Preserve legacy child replacement and newest lost-run behavior; do not discard either contract. Detailed experiment and review findings are saved on the evidence branch.
- Separate decision: projectionPageAdvertisedResetCommitsWhenCallerInterruptedAfterPublicationWaitTest seeds2000 legacy duplicate rows for one run, then expects two500-row pages after startup may have certified one current row. First-attempt CI reports expected500 actual1 at recovered sequence2001. Its exact fixture is unchanged on main. The concrete unapplied publication-wait-fixture-proposal.patch on the evidence branch holds startup through the existing caller interruption and page checks. Recommend approving that ordering repair without changing any data/assertion/bound. The lane rule requires a ruling before changing this separate fixture.
- Own source test-comprehensiveness and adversarial passes are recorded as source reviews, not readiness verdicts. The13 requested current-candidate proofs and new-main integration guards remain unverified. The earlier explicitly permitted legacy-uncertified/publication-Error coverage gap is unchanged. Zero remote suites submitted; the full exact-head suite is not justified while known fixture/integration work remains.
Historical findings through run 10
- Prior membership and archive-fold corrections remain in the canonical branch. The source-observation timer still forced full compaction every second when a run directory had no valid run.json. Public tests with an advancing ManualClock failed first: missing source produced 61 publications instead of 1; invalid source produced 4 instead of 1. A third test proved that reading startup completion before the membership wait returns stale state on the same read.
- Membership observation now compares source content with the last successfully published incomplete baseline. An unchanged observation does not request collection or compaction; changed content or an observation failure reaches the authoritative collector. Digest reuse follows the existing conservative timestamp boundary, so a same-size/same-time repair inside the uncertain timestamp window is detected. Complete publication alone certifies membership. The first candidate exposed a redundant initial observed-source mark that caused a second rewrite; that call was removed and re-verified.
- Empty-cursor reads now refresh startup completion after their membership wait. Both optional-maintenance-failure tests again check exact foreign-cursor reset pages, retaining their existing ordinary-page checks. The child halt fixture has a bounded wait below its unchanged parent limit. The CLI pin and portable fixture packaging have a reason-first justification in the PR, including the original exact SystemClock failure and upstream correction. The requested motivation paragraph and footer are included.
- All 12 selected tests passed on their first attempts, zero failures, at e43f06da65941b07a84b35b5ed98ae8b10358c06. Separate test-comprehensiveness and code-review passes are in the evidence findings; their findings were fixed and re-verified. Canonical was then rebased to main873257e520eb0e17b254f87b8f7412986df697c4 and pushed at83121a2a3cb5df1553afdc00d3c16800eaebc752. All 34 branch commits compare unchanged. Main added interruption tests and provisioning-budget changes; the selected tests and projection-membership code are unchanged, but the combined head has not passed a full suite.

All three attempts fail that equality; the existing old-snapshot byte assertion passes. This is not attributed to a main flake. The lane rule requires a ruling before repairing a wrong expectation. An unapplied and unverified patch holds startup through the original interruption assertions, preserving the legacy case, 2000 rows, four readers and every existing assertion/bound. Recommend approving that ordering repair; alternatively use a certified fixture plus a separate legacy case. The latter needs additional coverage.
- Image-change first-attempt duration is confirmed pre-existing on main at https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestEmbedded/actions/runs/37274634012 and https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestEmbedded/actions/runs/37279607588; it was not rerun. The old shard3 also had a retry-only interrupted-caller test failure whose mechanism is not established. The legacy uncertified-journal plus publication Error coverage gap remains explicitly recorded as allowed by the review brief.
- Plain bounded build-watchman returned PENDING, not green: four Actions shards are running, and required bld-build is not yet reported. It identified the older kotlin-build-ci-test app as inactive across mature main suites and did not rerequest dispatch. No remote suite was submitted in this invocation. No merge, enqueue, deploy, publication, PR closure or handoff completion occurred.

Next steps
- Re-verify claim, canonical PR state/head, and current main. Read run11 findings and its CI classification before choosing work. Preserve all evidence; no branch closure is recommended.
- Finish the approved interrupted-reader first-attempt proof. The patch is already applied; old-head CI supplies the observed first failure, while the fresh local baseline executed zero tests. Keep all2000 rows, four readers, assertions and bounds.
- Run the existing main zero-prefix-work guard on the diagnostic candidate. Once its exact trace confirms the source mechanism, fix discovery without scanning unrelated rows or losing legacy child state. Derive staged run membership during collection; use captured source-index information for selective discovery without assuming fingerprints cover all legacy rows. Verify both N/10N work guards, the legacy-child replacement test and all13 selected proofs, each in its own jvm-slot acquisition.
- Supervisor: rule on the separate publication-wait fixture proposal. Recommended ordering preserves the unchanged legacy scenario and assertions. Apply only once authorized, with the recorded old first failure and fixed first-attempt proof.
- After these fixes/proofs, run the exact-head full remote suite, preserving first-attempt counts. Re-check OPEN and duplicate work, fetch/rebase, then update canonical with force-with-lease only after required gates. Never rerun a failed check merely for green; plain build-watchman only.
- Supervisor independent reviews, final review and merge remain after required checks are green. Supervisor alone completes the handoff. No deploy or publication is authorized.

Primary findings: /tmp/claude-1000/-code/4127b3f9-6050-446f-a28d-b0511dacd396/scratchpad/hq/out/L43-findings.md. Historical executed proofs have full XML and compressed logs on the evidence branch; fresh commands without XML are explicitly zero-test setup/admission outcomes; no build JARs or credential files were committed. Current source and evidence worktrees are clean.
Export PATH=/code/ws/bin:$PATH. The global coursier executable has the wrong architecture; use JVM wrappers. Use /code/ws/bin/jvm-slot with a 4.5-GiB admission check and an 1800-second overall bound per selector. The preserved public launcher is tenth-one-attempt.bash (maxTestAttempts=1); the selector list is tenth-verify.bash in the evidence directory. No full local suite. One admission expired before any JVM started; that is not a failed test. Historical test PIDs have exited; the current run11 comparison is tracked separately above. Never reuse historical PIDs for cleanup.
