Mission
The original task was to re-run kotlin.build (remote) on UrlResolver PRs blocked by the BuildTest outage and leave verified green PRs for the supervisor's merge decision. This lane claimed only this handoff and did none of those actions.

The blanket pre-test-outage premise is refuted. Thirteen of 17 current required-check IDs appear in the 109-page runs snapshot, whose own flags say stale and unreconciled. Four others are absent from that stale projection and individual result views return HTTP 503; absence is not proof of deletion. Found records include completed runs, actual named failures, interrupted upload, allocation cleanup, coordinator restart, an executor destroyed while a run still said TESTING, and incomplete OUTPACED runs. Source and run evidence do not establish one shared root cause.

This violates current Testing Architecture and the lane brief. The brief says to stop under NEEDS_USER if a test appears wrong. The owned client was stopped during preparation; final log reached INSTALLING, tracked exit 143. No runId was printed, no full-suite result is claimed, and remote cancellation is unconfirmed. No test was skipped, deleted, disabled or weakened. No remote run was deleted. -
Current transport-classification head uses published protocol 0.0.550. Its downloaded JAR/POM hashes match the PR; the old unpublished-0.0.586 blocker is stale. Published kompile-cli 0.0.114 is available and main still pins 0.0.100; the bump remains useful. No artifact was published here.

- Re-verify current state and claim ownership first, including existing queue entries. Do not merge, enqueue, deploy, publish, complete this handoff, or rerun a failing check speculatively from this lane.
- Supervisor decision: authorize a focused repair of the existing spinner-based withdrawal test here, or assign it to an existing repair owner and provide that branch. export PATH=/code/ws/bin:$PATHon this host. The system coursier binary is wrong architecture. A clone-local ignoredjars/coursierJVM wrapper was used; generated launchers/build files are not part of the evidence branch. - Kompile 0.0.100 requires
--test .for the full suite. Omitting it returned usage and submitted no job; that preliminary command was not a remote run. The successful targeted client and stopped full client printed phase transitions but no run ID, so a raw-run watcher could not be attached. Every owned client/watchman task was bounded and its tracked exit consumed. - Never run a large local build or full local suite on this shared host. The two remote submissions used a 256 MiB client heap. Read-only CLI probes used a 128 MiB heap.
- Paginate BuildTest results with limit 100; retain completeness and reconciliation flags and HTTP errors. Counts from different projections are not interchangeable. Historical totals in the evidence are explicitly marked partial where pages failed.
