The owner requested a hermetic end-to-end test of the Out of date notice using the real coordinator and site before fixing the underlying cause. Lane e2e1 changes no product behavior and ends at one draft PR. No merging, queueing, deployments, artifact publishing, production queries, timeout increases, reduced iterations, mocks or reflection. Another lane owns site apply changes: do not coordinate with or edit its branch.
The real on-disk engine0.0.615130200604, RPC handler/server0.0.26709273972, served client resources0.0.7, private UrlProtocol nodes, site ordered reader, SQLite and Jetty HTTP are wired together. ManualClock controls freshness/liveness. FakeDropletService alone replaces the cloud provider. E2 uses the existing real runner-event ingestion fixture. Published client resources0.0.9 are absent;0.0.7 contains the production feed client. Registration is test wiring; E3 preserves that private transport/client while replacing the real engine and handlers. All source and review are committed.
E1 reliably reaches retention crossed while a snapshot page is held: real maintenance publishes, six minutes advances within ten-minute liveness, HTTP stale/frozen timestamp1900900100000 and original rows plus rendered notice are verified, then continuation requests a second snapshot (Expected1, actual2). The old snapshot briefly reports current at its old cut. Do not claim continuously frozen freshness across cycles. Completed four-test source229a2dfc gate https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestWui/actions/runs/37324334575 reports E3/E4 green (HTTP rows/current, saved cursor, zero ordered resets/replayed rows). Failed-test first-attempt capture remains uncertain: runner XML/log exposes one summary after retries. Verify that before claiming first-attempt proof. E4 ignores the ordinary startup capability-probe data in its ordered-page count.
E2 measured20,026 records,41 pages/commits,100,288 writes,94,399 SELECTs,20,021 whole-summary reads/decodes;20,000 children each read/decode a summary. Kinds14000 tests/6000 rules/26 runs. Zero ordered waits; one independent fleet RPC. Printed2444.536 records/s over8.192s. HTTP current with14000 successful tests. It stopped at our wrong6000 public-rule-count precondition; README documents cap5000. Latest diff asserts5000,truncated=true,500 committed rule names while still requiring all6000 rule records in counters. Corrected gate is RUNNING at write time, no qualified zero-summary bound failure output yet. Expected site repair branch fix/ordered-page-apply-cost.
Earlier fixture errors are diagnosed and corrected: empty journal authority must be initialized before writes; fallback boundary requires driving ManualClock; site caches its real client so explicitly closing it caused E3's earlier failure; fixed clock during E2 published only the first persisted run count, corrected by1ms per event plus1000ms and real lease renewal. No thresholds changed. Independent review found no remaining issues before the cap correction, whose contract follows existing README.

Nothing was deployed, published, merged or enqueued; only Git pushes, draft creation and test executors were run. Reference clones were read-only. Own local build cache/jars removed. Next: re-verify state; retrieve run37326538290 log and targeted-test-results XML when it finishes. Require E1 snapshot-count failure and E2 zero child-summary-read failure after all HTTP preconditions; retain E3/E4 as green guards. Preserve actual first-attempt evidence rather than promoting retry passes. Update draft description only using gh api PATCH with body-file, then reread; never watch/redrive whole-suite CI. If final gate has a new fixture defect, explain it before correction; no product fixes in this lane. Remove the throwaway workflow branch after capturing results; its local monitor was stopped at lane end, so automatic deletion may not occur. Record findings on WIP and verify push.
