Obtain final required CI and finish console validation
The user asked to finish useful open handoffs, skip disk-exhaustion work and skip every deployment. The orchestrator owns all merge/closure decisions. This worker did not merge, enqueue, close PRs, or deploy. Handoff: url://handoff/handoffs/hf-2026-10-06-land-and-deploy-the-conversation-search-speed-fix-and-the-banked-reset-console-once-buildtest-recovers.
Work that remains
- Obtain successful required kotlin.build (remote) on the final console and service heads below. Infrastructure recovery belongs to the separate BuildTest effort; use one bounded watch/recovery owner per PR and do not blindly requeue tests. The console's required remote run is its final full-suite gate if the bounded local attempt cannot finish.
- Resolve the recorded initial console timing failures with a reliable public-path reproducer or an evidence-backed refutation; do not guess a source fix or increase any deadline. Later passing runs alone do not explain them.
- Once required checks pass, perform the dedicated test-comprehensiveness and code-review passes on those exact heads. Preliminary review notes exist, but are not a final green-head verdict. Then return to the orchestrator for merge/close decisions. Skip every deployment and post-deploy step.
Console checkpoint
PR: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerWui/pull/67. Remote checkpoint: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerWui/tree/wip/w6-banked-console-20261008 @ 802a572468cab06d529de3d389fc338ef5fe404a. The existing PR was updated to that checkpoint. Required check suite 102338735515 currently has zero dispatched runs; build-watchman --once returned PENDING, not GREEN. No further CI wait or rerequest was started.
The console tracks banked reset expiry in Upcoming Events and supports record/redeem/undo/remove via the real manager. HTTP tests cover full refusal messages, invalid actions/ids/dates and unchanged records; the Chromium test drives form conversion in America/Los_Angeles and all controls. Existing screenshots remain in the PR. The demo used record count plus one for new IDs: deleting id 1 from ids 1,2,3 and creating reused id 3 and replaced it. Reliable failing public-HTTP reproducer: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerWui/commit/317d67c3d5d02d1273625194838539f82d7472cd. New demo records use UUIDs under the existing synchronized list ownership.
The continuation full suite on 2bbb4c15832aaa93140e7f9c7e3928a5d3ead424 passed 181/182, including both new banked-reset tests. The failure was testBrowserPrewarmBoundedFallbackLeavesLateSpeculationAvailable, expected factoryCalls=1, actual=2. Its wall-clock sleep after a browser click did not establish that the observation remained inside the daemon's five-second deadline. Forcing observation after 5.5 seconds reproduces the incorrect expectation in https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerWui/commit/b5f83314085ef557b9f29326994ae079c6518f2e. The fix records actual daemon claim-entry/factory times and holds only the completed real RPC response while asserting browser draft retention. It preserves the requested 5000ms wait, existing >=4900ms boundary, exact factory/session/message counts and all timeouts. Local-only test-support coordinates advance .43 -> .44; no artifact was published. The fixed targeted scenario passed 1/1.
Final full local attempt on 802a572468cab06d529de3d389fc338ef5fe404a reached the thirty-minute hard cap while waiting for the shared suite lock (exit 124): zero tests started, no full-suite result. Per the brief, the checkpoint was pushed once after the targeted pass and the required remote check is its full-suite gate. Both WIP and existing PR branches were byte-for-byte SHA verified with git ls-remote.
Initial observations still needing explanation: testDemoBankedResetCreationPreservesRemainingRecords hit SocketTimeoutException on its first GET with the existing 2000ms read timeout; three diagnostic runs then passed and the original source also passed in the 181/182 suite. The initial browser test version hit the 30000ms global deadline while in waitForSelector after recording; it now asserts the complete confirmation directly and prints the rendered page on failure, and later targeted/full runs passed. No timeout was raised and no source fix for these observations was guessed. Temporary diagnostic edits were removed.
Historical required console run https://buildtest.kotlin.build/run?id=341f351e ended in submission interruption/cancellation recovery on the old head. It was not a test result and was not accepted as green.
Service checkpoint
PR: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerServiceServer/pull/38 @ 7a607a3b4d4dc928d66f57a94bd3de7dfbc0cca6, containing embedded .70 (the old branch name still says .69). Remote checkpoint: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerServiceServer/tree/wip/w6-search-pin-20261008.
All 32 test pins, build and README use embedded 0.0.70; server coordinates are 0.0.47. Real RPC tests check case-insensitive identifiers and SearchIndex/searchindex/DocumentIds against a real transcript. Restoring .69 previously made SearchIndex return zero; .70 passes. Generated POM asserts exactly one .70 dependency alongside existing resolver/protocol/libp2p checks. The loop-close fixture uses an isolated real search root, initializes through a cache-only public listing with zero history calls, and preserves original waits and exact counts.
This continuation targeted tests passed 3/3 and the full local suite passed 43/43 on this exact head. The existing PR was updated after fresh fetch/rebase. Required CI has no dispatched check run: suite 102296209363 stayed queued with zero runs despite main having completed runs for the same app. Three receiver warm requests returned HTTP 404 and one rerequest was accepted, but no run appeared. The tracked build-watchman ended at its thirty-minute deadline (outer exit 124; RESULT INTERRUPTED exit=130). No further watch/recovery was started and no old-head green result was accepted for this head.
Orchestrator-owned upstream work
Per the continuation brief, these were already reviewed and enqueued by the orchestrator and were not touched: https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/SearchableBucketEmbedded/pull/13 and https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/AiCliSupervisorManagerEmbedded/pull/39.
Embedded 0.0.70 is already published from the recorded storage checkpoint. This continuation downloaded it again: jar SHA-256 253a33f74627812d227d2094801bdaad3b315725940d90b2175787c0bdb048ed; POM 68e1032962296ae0d20efd9f8dea7ebe10749398e33a789dacfa49fb24b4246e. Both match the prior publication bytes. No claimed version was overwritten; service .70 needs no further upstream publication.
Resume and limits
Fresh-clone, read README/AGENTS, fetch/rebase, and reverify PR heads/locks. Console target is the checkpoint above, not an earlier PR head. Required CI must be green on the final heads. Follow https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/DocumentationRepository/blob/main/architecture/TESTING.md and https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/DocumentationRepository/blob/main/PHILOSOPHY.md. Use the brief's shared local-suite lock and thirty-minute cap, and build-watchman without merge flags. Do not raise timeouts, reduce iterations, weaken assertions, disable tests, merge, deploy, or bypass checks.
All production deploys, restarts, route updates, one-time index rebuild monitoring and post-deploy measurements are skipped. The old disk-cleanup suggestion is skipped; this item has no open disk-exhaustion PR. Both owned console/service locks are released on this blocked verdict; upstream locks remain orchestrator-owned. All owned background processes are stopped before exit.
