Mission
The brief requested strengthening the first-rewrite memory guard so first-only add and first-only spool both turn RED, completing round5 gates, then pushing and marking the existing PR ready. It explicitly requires stopping at75minutes. That stop was reached before the four full-suite runs finished. No PR push, body patch, ready action, merge, queue entry or production deploy occurred.
What was found and done
- Fresh clone/rebase, both pins0.0.112. The older r5 remote lacked the recorded green fixture; recovered c69f812075 from the r6 checkpoint before strengthening it. Main remained afb4cc6fd0b79f476700db34999efb5de90d0c63 at the final fetch/rebase.
- A fresh loaded first-add diagnostic passed60,486ms because first-rewrite peak1,330,352 bytes fits1,572,864 bound. First node emission after about8200row callbacks confirms the trigger fires; row8192 retains1,323,512. Missing/later measurement and inactive trigger are refuted. This is a fixture-size gap.
- Same24 API-created run snapshots restored under224-character IDs; 8192decoded identifier payloads alone require1,835,008 bytes before overhead. All row/run counts,12MiB allowance,1.5MiB retained/2.25MiB transient bounds,240s timeout remain unchanged. Public getProjectionChanges("",1) regenerates the deleted short-ID journal. Inactive meter.stop guard preserves setup failures; independent review found no remaining static blocker.
