The request was to validate the one-pass startup-compaction rewrite, finish every targeted gate, update https://github.com/CodexCoder21Organization/BuildTestEmbedded/pull/1301, get all CI green, and stop before enqueueing. The required healthy scale gate failed at its original child deadline; no limit, workload or meter was changed, and no guessed fix or manual rerun was made.
Source head:9a62ecfe793c7dffcd86b3aff14d168fa4f9fca8, based on main4a451989981e3ae6120b4a3dd2f59728559f6bef, pushed to wip/sol-fix1301r11. The working tree is clean; source excludes all gate-only copies, mutations and handoff artifacts.
The fix routes cold tail loading and protected-tail preparation through the existing bulk generation builder. This removes repeated persistent-tree updates per staged row while keeping sequence and cursor order. Final owner checks stop private replacement installation after close, and failure cleanup preserves the acknowledged journal.
All numbers below are first attempts from downloaded XML on the repository's0.0.112 toolchain pin. All verification ran through remote gha-run partitions, at most four concurrently; no local build/test slot was used.

The100k child last logged startup with512tail rows/sequence100025, completed recovery/backfill over24run directories and lease renewals. The saved stack is the parent deadline assertion, not a child stack showing the underlying mechanism. Later framework attempts repeated that deadline failure and receive no replacementPASS credit. Next investigation must observe the unchanged100k child path while active before any product fix. Full first stack/console and full XML are saved remotely.
The orchestrator approved the exact partial-stack correction in out/fix1301r11-decision.md at22:45UTC. The fixture had named FileChannelImpl.write although the product uses RandomAccessFile.write through writeFully and loadRows$flushIndex. Applied the proposal verbatim, preserving every other assertion. The earlier zero-child-exit strengthening and independently reviewed public preparation-stop test are included.

- Preserve the original workload and meter to make product comparisons auditable.
- Assert the actual implementation path; capture the concrete file change and complete public state after an output failure.
- A smaller-scale pass does not prove the larger case, and a deadline assertion alone does not identify the underlying mechanism.
Recovery instructions: clone fresh under workspace, read the current README and instructions, the common-flake brief, and remote findings before building. Read DocumentationRepository architecture/TESTING.md, PHILOSOPHY.md and CODE_REVIEW.md. Preserve the32,768-row original guard, all meter semantics and budgets, the25k/100k B1 workload and540s/600s limits. The evidence does not identify the100k failure mechanism. Capture the exact active child path through phase counts/timing and thread/GC evidence without modifying the contract; do not guess a timeout/meter/product change. Existing first attempts remain valid after a conflict-free rebase whose incoming hunks do not intersect their paths, as audited in findings.
Only after the100k gate is valid, fetch/rebase latest main, verify PR stillOPEN, push once to fix/startup-refresh-one-pass-rewrite with--force-with-lease, update the why-first PR body only with gh api -X PATCH -F body=@/absolute/file, reread it, and run bounded tracked build-watchman --pr1301 --all-checks. Never--to-merged; no enqueue/merge/deploy. Root's unpublished PR body draft carries the round8/9 ledger and exact assertion decision.
