Approved four-record recovery correction applied exactly. Initial source regression 3/3 first attempts on 18b05d8f, all complete with exact multiset/full payload/resource/cleanup checks. Plain build-watchman 0.0.21 --pr1340 --all-checks follows new jobs, tracked with hard deadline; NEVER --to-merged. Its normal 4-minute cadence was confirmed; no stall. kotlin-build-ci-test app has zero dispatched runs on current and sampled mature base suites; watcher correctly does not rerequest it.
PR body updated exclusively by API PATCH, reread exact 23026 characters, why-first opening and historical ledger retained. Verification now includes 19/19 rebase table and final-head pending CI job links; original historical shard4 UnknownHostException(kotlin.directory) remains described as dependency setup, zero tests/no XML, one setup rerun, deeper cause unknown.
Timebox stop: final suite is still pending. This is not DONE. All source/gate work is remote. Local watcher/checkouts will be stopped/removed before final return; no PR CI job is cancelled. The prior source failure expected three rows, but the fixture seeds three canonical records and one protected copy and existing supplementation preserves every matching record. Corrected test captures that exact public multiset, requires all distinct canonical identities, and keeps full payload/resource/cleanup checks. Row control growth4000 and source-only control growth64 prove the separate reader paths. Valid private non-interruptible RAF descriptors are not closed under lease; the unusable-handle branch was refuted with source evidence.

S1 complete native local test passed first attempt13472ms. Its later strengthened complete-response assertion passed20/20 in the gates. Native index/data truncation after checkout, real missing-path partial open, failed-descriptor exclusion from reuse, exact public page and metadata across another owner closing, foreign process ownership, final file/descriptor cleanup, child halt23 at checkout, exact restart and abandoned-file cleanup all reached verdict. Two invalid test setups were corrected: independent simultaneous journal writers caused a legitimate committed-length rejection; use the permitted owner-close overlap. Compare equivalent forced-reset requests rather than a reset against a blank cursor. No product change this round.
B1: public no-forgotten scale0/0 native prefix reads and lost-source1/1. Classification validations1/1 atN/10N, each checking two root offsets, measured by the separate public-service diagnostic (one execution3745ms after every real scale assertion passes). B2 complete ordered reset/suffix/restart output and omit/duplicate/reorder red controls verified. S2 snapshot and node-read writer progress both proven, restored-lock controls red. N1 literal immediate close refuted by real Linux/JDK lease proof; failed descriptors remain quarantined until final generation release. N2 descriptor bound documented. Independent source review found no confirmed regression; independent test review found only missing held-read reset metadata, addressed and verified.

Final conflict-free rebase onto733678dc25be0ed711fb6a5d87060fa46c4fe3a5 added unrelated run.json stale-temporary cleanup, ControlStateRepository recovery and separate fixtures. No projection/selected-test hunks changed; these tests do not leave stale run.json temporaries at that changed branch. Range-diff confirms all29 change commits identical. Gate credit retained. Fresh PR OPEN check at70cc46a6 preceded the explicit expected-head lease push. Source branch/head verified remotely.
PR body updated exclusively through the specified API PATCH; re-read equals prepared text. Why-first opening, Review round1 B1/B2/S1/S2/N1/N2, exact counts, mutation assertion ledger, gate table, current CI links and required signature are present. The description honestly says CI is not green; update it again when final CI results arrive.
