Workstream: ContainerNursery

ContainerNursery — deploy-and-forget hosting that lazy-starts containers on demand, keeps them warm, and sleeps them when idle — already exists, is deployed, and runs in production, with no changes to it currently planned. Rather than duplicate its documentation here, this page points at the real thing:

Plan work that touches ContainerNursery is tracked where it belongs rather than here: moving hosted-app storage off the host lives in the SimpleFileSystem workstream, and hosting a url:// service off the ContainerNursery host altogether — behind any HTTPS endpoint, with a standing announcement keeping a sleeping service findable the way the url:// facade does today — lives in the UrlResolver HTTPS Transport workstream.

If concrete plan work is identified for ContainerNursery itself later, flesh it out here.
