Land AiCliSupervisorManagerEmbedded PR 32 (0.0.71, tests passed 158/158) once kotlin-build-ci concludes its check run (CI app stopped concluding finished buildtest runs ~02:30 UTC 2026-10-06), then publish embedded 0.0.71, bump the AiCliSupervisorManagerServiceServer pin, deploy the manager. Handoff side is done: all 5 Handoff PRs merged and deployed, /in-progress live.

Run the named reset-log tests against the pushed implementation, fix any compile/assertion issues, then open the ready BuildTestEmbedded PR; branch fix/feed-reset-diagnostics at 07547693565d47f669eea2947a27b2c93f8ef678 contains the unverified implementation, and the six fail-first cases passed their red check against old source while remote runner attempts failed before tests.

Root cause verified: deployed ContainerNursery (unmerged PR 625 head a2fc6415) disconnects a client's whole persistent RPC connection whenever one request fails, killing pending siblings. Fixed on main by PR 634, not deployed. Droplet provisioning symptom gone since 09-29 04:21Z; the same symptom is live for github-watchman and buildtest WUI callers. Remaining: settle PR 625, then a user-authorized CN deploy and log verification.

Re-verified 2026-10-01: PR 1082 merged, precondition met; main dd7b4641 still gates the shared cache on shardCount > 1 (BuildTestEmbeddedService.kt:20361); single-shard runs (~6% of runs) build cold in ~2.5 min, so reuse value looks low. Original 0.0.96 rebake is obsolete (image 245388985, runner 0.0.104), but prod runs runner 0.0.119 so shard 0 downloads the runner closure cold: rebake needs operator authorization.
